Paul Venables has been group finance director of Hays since 2006. He has previously worked at Deloitte and Touche in the U.S. and Exelplc for 13 years prior to its purchase by Deutsche Post and DHL Logistics in 2006. He is also a senior independent director of Wincanton plc.
