Phil Sheridan is managing director, U.K. and South America, with Robert Half International Inc. He trained with Ernst & Young before he joined Robert Half in 1996, where he focused on accounting and finance recruitment, progressing to regional director in 2000 and managing director in 2005. He assumed responsibility for the South American operations last year.
