Jean-Philippe Papin is the founder and CEO of the French staffing firm Leader Intérim. The company was founded in 1992 and claims an average annual growth of 20% since its inception. In 2015, the company gained market share in France, and in the first half of 2016, Leader opened four new branches in France. Leader Intérim is among the top 10 staffing firms in France, providing temporary workers, permanent recruitment services and training. The company entered the Swiss market in 2014 with the acquisition of Max Studer Intérim.
