Jilko Andringa joined ManpowerGroup in 2008 as general manager, Netherlands, and was named president of Northern Europe in January 2016. He previously served as the regional managing director of Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Austria. Andringa is a graduate in business economics and marketing. He spent five years at Exxon in different management positions. He also worked at Randstad, in the Netherlands, for four years as director of operations and four years as managing director of operations in Atlanta, Ga., USA.
