Nigel Heap is managing director of Hays UK & Ireland and chairman of Hays Asia Pacific. Heap has been with the company since 1988. In 1997, he was appointed managing director of Hays Australia, adding New Zealand in 1999, Hong Kong and China in 2006, Japan and Singapore in 2007 and Malaysia in 2012. In 2006, Heap was appointed managing director of Asia Pacific and joined the management board.
