Sean Zimdahl has more than 20 years’ experience within the recruitment industry. As Allegis Group EMEA president, Zimdahl oversees all Allegis Group’s EMEA operating companies: Aerotek, Aston Carter, Talent2 and TEKsystems. Zimdahl co-founded Aston Carter in 1997 with the vision to build a professional brand focused on quality and delivery, to both clients and candidates, while developing a passionate and results driven culture. Having built a strong, sales-focused team, by 2007 Aston Carter had grown its turnover to £80 million. Zimdahl then led an MBO to Baird Capital Partners Europe to facilitate new internal shareholders as well as fuel international growth and client diversification. He continued in his capacity as CEO and the business diversified both by sector and geographically.
