James Saoulli was appointed CEO of Rullion in 2017. Prior to his role as CEO, Saoulli was group board director of the company; before that, he held leadership roles in Rullion Solutions and Rullion Management Services. Prior to joining Rullion, he worked at General Electric. Saoulli holds an MBA from INSEAD and a master of science in economics from the University of Warwick. In 2018, Rullion ranked 14th on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of the largest staffing firms in the UK. The company also launched a new specialist Talent Consultancy division in 2018.
