Jean-Philippe Papin is founder and CEO of the French staffing firm Leader Intérim. The company was founded in 1992 and has seen double-digit annual growth since its inception. Leader Intérim is among the top 10 staffing firms in France, providing temporary workers, permanent recruitment services and training. The company entered the Swiss market in 2014 with the acquisition of Max Studer Intérim. Leader Intérim also has operations in Luxembourg and Portugal. In 2017, Leader Intérim reported €430 million in sales.
