Roland Gomez heads Proman, the French staffing group founded by his parents in 1990. Gomez has worked with the business since its inception and was appointed CEO in 2003. Since 2013, Proman has expanded its international presence through organic growth and acquisitions in different countries: UK, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and more recently across the Atlantic in Canada and the United States
