Sergio Picarelli has been The Adecco Group’s regional head of Italy, Eastern Europe and MENA since October 2015 and a member of its executive committee since 2009. As of January 2018, Picarelli added Lee Hecht Harrison, Spring Professional and Badenoch & Clark globally to his portfolio. Picarelli joined Adecco in 1993, holding several leadership positions before becoming country manager of Adecco Italy & Switzerland from 2005 to 2009 (Switzerland until the end of 2008). He was the group’s chief sales officer from 2009 to September 2015. He is an Italian national and graduated in business administration from Bocconi University, Italy.
