Steve Ingham is CEO of PageGroup, one of the largest staffing firms globally. The group now employs 7,000 people in 36 countries. He joined the company in 1987 — when it was still known as Michael Page — as a consultant, and became operating director in 1990. He was appointed executive director of UK operations in 2001, became managing director of UK operations in 2005 and was appointed CEO in 2006. PageGroup was rewarded for Best Diversity Initiative at the CIPD People Management Awards in 2014 and recognised as LinkedIn’s Most Socially Engaged Recruiter in 2017. Most recently, the company was named as one of the “Best Places to Work in 2018” via the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards.
