Thibault Lefebvre was appointed CEO of Grafton Recruitment Group in 2015, managing strategy, performance and organisation of Grafton Recruitment’s permanent and temporary businesses across all its locations. He was previously CEO of the Grafton Recruitment brand. Prior to Grafton Recruitment Group, Thibault held key managerial roles at PageGroup, including as managing director for Eastern Europe for the Michael Page and Page Personnel brands as well as managing director at PageGroup for Russia, Switzerland and Central and Eastern Europe for nine years. He previously held key financial roles at Richemont, Gucci, Parisot Group and Valeo.
