Annemarie Muntz is president of the World Employment Confederation, the voice of the employment industry at the global level. In 2018, she co-chaired the B20 Employment & Education Taskforce where she was a prominent voice in discussions concerning diverse forms of work in the labour market. She had a key role in driving change in the language used to refer to employment contracts, specifically removing the term “non-standard” within the international institutional employers’ community, which includes the International Organisation of Employers OE and the WEC. She previously chaired WEC-Europe from 2005 to 2018. Muntz is also managing director of global public affairs for Randstad and sits on the board of CSR Europe.
