Stephen Trigg, CEO of Hertfordshire, England based staffing firm Quanta Consultancy Services, began his recruitment career in 1974. He founded Intercity Consultants in 1982 and in 1986 he created I.C. Software in Switzerland. Both companies merged with Computer Search & Selection plc in 1991. Trigg founded Quantum Consultancy Services in 1992, followed by Quanta Consultancy Services in Switzerland in 1996. The company has won several awards including the Queen’s Award for Enterprise – International Trade in 2016 and in 2018 it was awarded the Princess Royal Training Award. Quanta was among SIA’s Best Staffing Firms to Work For in the UK in 2016.
