James Saoulli is CEO of Rullion, a UK-based €446 million recruitment company. Founded in 1978, Rullion helps UK businesses and public-sector organisations recruit people for specialist permanent and temporary roles. Before taking the role of CEO in 2017, Saoulli held leadership roles in Rullion Management Services and Rullion Solutions. Under Saoulli’s leadership, the company has launched several programmes aimed at modernisation and business growth. In 2019, Rullion introduced its remote working policy for all employees and since then employees across the business have been taking advantage of it.
