Kevin Barrow, a partner with international law firm Osborne Clarke LLP, has been advising staffing companies on legal matters since 1990. This year, he has advised top UK staffing companies on the UK Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme and 50 staffing companies on how to recover from lockdown issues. Since 2010, he has been involved in many higher-value staffing and recruitment sector M&As in Europe. He has also advised over 200 companies on alternate supply models and IR35 compliance.
