Kevin Freeguard was appointed CEO and a board member of UK-based Gattaca in October 2018. His senior leadership experience within technology businesses such as Siemens, Motorola, De La Rue and Verifone gives him first-hand knowledge of the challenges global organisations face in securing the skills they need to succeed. He recognised Gattaca had the opportunity to solve the critical talent challenges faced in the converging engineering and technology skills arena. Since joining Gattaca, Freeguard has focused its strategy on developing a value-adding product portfolio, bolstering its customer-aligned go-to-market approach and enhancing its skill-based fulfillment capabilities, while also investing in digitalised and efficient processes.
