Mike Beesley is CEO of UK-based Sanderson, which was rebranded from Resource Solutions Group in November 2019. Beesley bought the company with his business partner Keith Dawe in 1981, growing it to a €500 million-plus staffing firm. Also in 2019, Beesley and his team set up TimesTwo Investments in Bristol, an investment programme for recruitment entrepreneurs who have identified a market and are ready to strike out on their own. Beesley, who thrives on creating opportunities through people-oriented organisations that make a difference, is chair of The Prince’s Trust South West Leadership Group and the executive chairman of the Bristol Flyers basketball team.
