Oktay Erciyaz was CEO of Austria-based Trenkwalder Group AG from May 2017 to June 2020. Erciyaz started his career at Preussag AG and held leadership positions for various units of the Bertelsmann Group, including country CEO positions in Benelux, Portugal and Turkey as well as group-level executive VP positions for corporate development and M&A. Last year, Trenkwalder was awarded the Best Recruiters award in Germany within the personal services/HR industry. Trenkwalder is present in 14 European countries with 200-plus offices and more than 35,000 employees.
