Since co-founding VMS provider Nétive with Chris Neddermeijer in 2003, CEO Patrick Tiessen has grown the company by opening offices in Rijswijk, the Netherlands and London. The company that began with two customers now has more than 200. Before Nétive, Tiessen held key positions at The Next Flex and HR Puzzle and also worked at Kelly Services as an international IT manager. Tiessen focuses on creating the best possible software for supporting the management of contingent workforce and recruitment of permanent staff. This year, Nétive VMS BV was featured in the Best Small Workplaces 2020 list in the Netherlands.
