As president of Allegis Group EMEA, Sean Zimdahl is tasked with growing the EMEA staffing and services business that comprises the core brands TEKsystems, Aerotek and Aston Carter. Zimdahl describes the past year as one of significant change, with Allegis Group evolving its global organisation through technology and supporting customers in the company’s transition from staffing company to services partner. Zimdahl takes particular pride in Allegis Group EMEA’s Covid-19 response, successfully adapting and maintaining its high quality of service. In addition to navigating the pandemic’s impact, Zimdahl plans to continue building the organization’s culture with a focus on developing its people agenda.
