Suzana Bernhard is the executive VP of Dekra SE and VP of Dekra Arbeit Group, overseeing 40 offices in 20 countries. Appointed to her current position in 2000, she has led the company to more than €550 million in revenue and has helped lead its expansion across Europe. In 2019, Bernhard and her team were awarded “Top Personnel Service Provider” in Germany from Focus-Spezial magazine, “Innovation in Micro Mobility” from Dekra and “Germany’s Customer Champion.” As part of Dekra Group, Dekra Arbeit has been supporting both customer companies and employees in qualified career and personnel planning since 1998.
