Jon Ball is CEO of UK-based Sanderson, which was rebranded from Resource Solutions Group in November 2019. After joining the company in 1996 as a trainee recruitment consultant, Ball worked his way through the ranks and attained his current position in July 2020. Recently, Sanderson acquired Intelligent Resource and a major stake in iKas Global, increasing the company’s international footprint to Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney. Ball thrives on refreshing the company’s strategic objectives in the coming years and looks forward to solidifying projects and solutions offerings to support partners on their next steps in the market.
