Tim Cook is group CEO of London-based nGage Specialist Recruitment, a significant portfolio of specialist recruitment companies with revenues approaching £500 million. In 2020, nGage completed its first non-UK acquisition, that of TienSelect, a Dutch engineering recruitment business. This has given nGage a platform to continue its European expansion. Cook leads the boards of each group company to deliver exemplary service on high-profit growth targets to create value for shareholders. Strategically, nGage is driving more international expansion in the US and Europe, accelerating its MSP/RPO business and enhancing its group platform (nAble) with technology and offshore delivery capability.
