CEO Geraldine King runs the Employment & Recruitment Federation, which was rebranded from National Recruitment Federation in December 2021. Having joined the federation in 2009, King has continued to facilitate its services and most recently led the expansion of the organisation’s education portfolio with accredited programmes for upskilling recruiters. Regarded as a catalyst for change in recruitment, King introduced the accredited Certificate in Recruitment Practice — the sole degree in the world for recruiters. She is an executive board member at the World Employment Confederation and has been featured on SIA’s Staffing 100 and Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing lists.
