Juan Urdiales is co-CEO of Jobandtalent, the digital temporary job platform he co-founded in Madrid in 2009. Jobandtalent has been on a solid growth trajectory, announcing a $500 million series E funding round in December 2021 backed by leading investors such as SoftBank and Kinnevik, followed by a major debt facility with Goldman Sachs and Citi in May. The company has also expanded to new markets and announced three strategic acquisitions this year. In 2021, Jobandtalent placed more than 200,000 people in jobs and is on track to double this figure in 2022 while continuing to add benefits to workers to its platform.
