Hofmann in 2010 was awarded the Ludwig Erhard Prize, the highest award for business excellence in Germany. I.K. Hofmann holds the Great Place to Work Platin Trust Champion Award and has been honoured 10 times in a row by the Great Place to Work Institute. Hofmann is a board member of the Federal Employment Agency and is an active member of the Employers’ Association of Personnel Service Providers, also known as BAP, and the Confederation of German Employers’ Associations, also known as BDA.

He is also a tenured university professor. A recipient of numerous awards throughout his career, Camden is a member of The Committee for Economic Development (CED), the Business Roundtable, and also serves as a director of Temp Holdings, Co. Ispert AG & Co. KG from 1987 to 1994. Speidel holds a doctorate from the University of Freiburg.

Nicola McQueen was appointed as CEO of NHS Professionals, the largest temporary staff supplier to the National Health Service, in September 2019. She initially joined NHS Professionals as interim COO in January 2019. She is passionate about workforce business issues, having spent the past 20 years supporting and creating effective staffing strategies across both the private and public sectors. McQueen is also CEO of Doctors Direct, the locum service of NHS Professionals. Most recently, she has led NHS Professionals through the coronavirus pandemic, successfully attracting tens of thousands of healthcare professionals into the NHS.

Andreu Cruañas was appointed president of ASEMPLEO, the association of private employment agencies in Spain, in 2013. Cruañas represents the association in the World Employment Confederation. He is a member of the executive committee of Confederation of Employers and Industries of Spain, also known as CEOE, and has been a board member of CEOE and the Spanish Confederation of Small and Medium Enterprises since 2013.

Cruañas is also a general council member of the Spanish Employment System (Ministry of Employment and Social Security) and the Central Executive Committee of the Public Employment Service of Spain. In his career, Cruañas has alternated between roles in the public and private sector and was formerly the Secretary of Labour and Employment and Director General of Employment of the Catalan Government.

Natalia Shuman is senior VP and general manager, EMEA and APAC regions, Kelly Services Inc. Shuman also serves as COO of Kelly’s joint venture, TS Kelly Workforce Solutions, in North Asia. She joined Kelly in 1997 and was responsible for successfully launching Kelly’s recruitment business in the Moscow market and later moved to New York to launch Kelly’s Wall Street office. Since 2008, Shuman has been managing global account teams and developing global programmes for Kelly. Over the last two years, she has also served as vice president of Global Solutions.
