Blair previously had been UK CEO of the staffing and recruiting firm Sarina Russo Group. This year, Blair was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire, or MBE, for services to education.

Edilson Camara is CEO of Swiss executive search firm Egon Zehnder. Based in the US, Camara provides board consulting, executive search and leadership assessment services to global, local and family-owned companies. He joined Egon Zehnder in 1999, working with industrial clients in Brazil where he opened Egon Zehnder’s first office in Rio de Janeiro. He then advanced to become the leader of the Brazilian practice while growing it to become the firm’s most profitable worldwide. Camara was appointed to the executive committee in 2009 and later also joined the finance committee. He also led the Canadian practice’s three offices from 2013-2019.

Returning to her role of president in January 2021, she turned her focus within the Polish market on automation of HR processes, HR restructuring, recruitment and outsourcing. Associated with Work Service since 2003, she is also president of the Work Service Foundation and since 2017 has been the president of the management board of the Employment Agencies Association, the largest Polish organisation specializing in delivering HR.

Prior to Hays, Venables spent 13 years at Exel plc, where he held senior finance and operational roles, including as deputy group finance director, and was a member of the executive board of Exel plc and chairman of its acquisitions and project review board. Following the acquisition of Exel plc by Deutsche Post, Venables worked in its DHL Logistics division before joining Hays.
