Bettina Schaller joined The Adecco Group and the private employment services industry in March 2010. She is now head of group public affairs at The Adecco Group. Schaller is also president of the World Employment Confederation. Furthermore, she is vice-chair of the OECD BIAC Employment, Labour and Social Affairs Committee, co-chair of the B20 Future of Work, Skills and Mobility Task Force, a member of the B20 International Advocacy Caucus and a steering group member of the World Economic Forum’s Centre for New Economy and Society and Global Apprenticeship Network. Schaller is also a founding member of The Boardroom, which aims to drive board diversity.

In 1996, Heraty’s husband, Paul Carrol, joined the group and in 1999 they took CPL to the Irish and London stock markets, making Heraty the firstfemale CEO of an Irish company floatedon the stock exchange. In 2006, she won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for Ireland.

Hennige is a board member of startup companies involved with AI and technology platforms. He is also engaged in charity activities the company organises internally and actively supports NGOs.
