He joined Adecco Group in 1998 as an international IT project manager, where he was responsible for front-office solutions, online testing, and e-commerce platforms. In 2002, Roger became an IT international procurement manager and consultant for Adecco Group. Later he created and directed Adecco Group’s global procurement department. Roger served as Adecco Group’s LATAM zone finance director from 2009 to 2011, then became SVP international product management at Beeline to develop Beeline’s product and service offerings outside the US.

Before becoming CEO of Trenkwalder International AG in December 2013, Károly Pataki was chief sales officer of the Trenkwalder group, responsible for Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to Trenkwalder, Pataki was deputy general manager of Dunapack Ltd. and CFO and then CEO of Prinzhorn Holding. Since 2013, he has been a member of the Senate of Economy in Austria. Trenkwalder is the largest staffing provider in Austria as well as market leader in Hungary and in the Black Sea region. The company employs approximately 70,000 employees and recorded a turnover of €1 billion in 2013. Trenkwalder has 300 branches in Central and Eastern Europe.

Tomasz Hanczarek is co-founder, longtime member of the supervisory board, and since 2010, president of the management board of Work Service S.A. An important contributor to the Polish labour market, Hanczarekand is responsible for developing HR outsourcing in the region. Hanczarek is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics and author of academic papers in the field of macro- and microeconomics.

Ron Icke is chairman of the supervisory boards of German staffing firm Orizon GmbH and Dutch staffing firm DPA; positions he has held since 2011 and 2010, respectively. In 1995 he joined Goudsmit (part of USG People) as CFO, being promoted to CEO in 2005. In 2006 he was appointed CEO and chairman of the board of USG People, a position he held until 2009. Icke qualified as a chartered accountant at PwC before becoming CFO of investment company WolterSchaberg, where he developed his expertise in both acquisitions and temporary staffing.

He first joined the Adecco Group with its 1999 acquisition of The Delphi Group, of which he was group managing director. Searle was responsible for Adecco’s Ajilon offices in Europe and APAC. In 2005, he became CEO of Adecco UK. From 2006, he was CEO of Spring Group, which was acquired by Adecco in 2009.

Speidel has also served as managing director of 7S Group since 1997. Prior to 7S, Speidel was chairman at RöderZelt systeme und Service AG from 1994 to 1996, and was managing director of Wilh. Ispert AG & Co. KG from 1987 to 1994. 7S Group was acquired by ManpowerGroup in June and Speidel will be actively involved in the integration of business operations. At press time, the acquisition was expected to be completed by September.
