Leen Geirnaerdt has been CFO and a board member of the Dutch group USG People since 2010. Prior to that, Geirnaerdt held various senior management positions within the Group, including that of general manager of USG People Belgium’s shared service center transactions and support. She previously acted as corporate controller at Solvus N.V until the firm was acquired by USG People.

Hitoshi Motohara became managing corporate executive officer for Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. In June. He joined the Recruit Group in 1983. In 2003, he was appointed president and representative director of Recruit Staffing, where he subsequently focused on the Recruit Group’s staffing business category. In 2007, he became president and representative director of the Staff Services Group following its acquisition by Recruit. Upon becoming board director and associate senior corporate executive officer of Recruit in 2009, he assumed responsibility for the international expansion of Recruit’s staffing business. Following Recruit’s acquisition of CSI, Staffmark, Advantage Resourcing, Peoplebank and Chandler Macleod, he led the five companies locally in the position of chairman.

Mark Verstraete is the managing director of T-Groep, the sixth-largest staffing firm in Belgium and the 31st-largest in Europe, with operations in the Netherlands and Poland. In 2008, Verstraete led the acquisition of the Dutch privately held human resource company Luba by T-Groep, starting its international expansion and strengthening its position in the Benelux market for personnel services. Verstraete currently sits at the management board of Federgon, the Belgian staffing association.

Albert is CEO of the Harvey Nash Group, which had revenue of nearly £700 million in its most recent fiscal year. Ellis was originally appointed to the board in 2000 as CFO and then became CEO in 2005. In 1998 he joined Harvey Nash from Hays plc. Prior to that he worked in the accounting and auditing profession after qualifying as a chartered accountant. He is also on the board of Asia House and is an advisor at London City University’s Cass Business School masters in information leadership course.

Julia Robertson was appointed CEO of Impellam Group in April 2013. She joined Carlisle in 2000 following the acquisition of Tate. Following the 2008 Impellam merger, she was appointed as the divisional CEO of Impellam’s UK staffing businesses. Prior to Impellam/Carlisle, Robertson was chief executive of the Institute of Employment Consultants (now known as the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, a UK confederation of staffing firms), the professional body for individuals involved in the UK recruitment industry, and founded her own recruitment business, which was sold to Carlisle alongside Tate. Robertson also sits on the board of trustees for Trinity Hospice.

Ingrid Hofmann is CEO of I.K. Hofmann (also known as Hofmann Personal). Founded in 1985 in Nuremberg, I.K. Hofmann is one of the largest staffing agencies in Europe and one of the 10 largest staffing firms in Germany. In 2010, I.K. Hofmann was awarded the Ludwig Erhard Prize, the highest award for business excellence in Germany. I.K. Hofmann holds the Great Place to Work Gold Trust Champion Award for being honoured seven times in a row, most recently in 2015. Hofmann is a member of the board of the Federal Employment Agency and is an active member of the Employers’ Association of Personnel Service Providers Association (BAP) and the Confederation of German Employers’ Associations (BDA).

Johnathan Johnson is the chief executive officer of Fircroft. Johnson joined Fircroft in 1997 as a consultant and was promoted to operations director for the international oil and gas sector in 2001. Since taking the helm in 2005 from his father and company founder John Johnson, he has overseen the global expansion of the company. This growth continues in 2015 as Fircroft acquired CBE SA, a HR consultancy firm based in Mozambique and a part of a JV business. Fircroft operates in more than 60 countries with an extended services portfolio and reported an annual turnover of £933 million in 2014.

Wessel van Alphen Sr. is the founder and CEO of IT-Staffing, one of the largest IT specialist staffing firms in the European market and the fifth largest staffing firm in the Netherlands. Van Alphen started his first company in 1978 providing the services of self-employed IT specialists to clients. In December 2013, van Alphen Sr. passed the day-to-day running of the business to his son, Wessel van Alphen Jr., who is director of De Staffing Groep, the parent company of IT-Staffing.

Annemarie Muntz is president of Ciett, the International Confederation of Private Employment Services, and its European counterpart Eurociett. She is an influential lobbyist in the European Union, representing the interests of agency work businesses. In addition to her roles at Ciett and Eurociett, Muntz is director group public affairs for Randstad. She also sits on the boards of CSR Europe, a European business network for corporate social responsibility, and SNCU, an organisation responsible for monitoring compliance with collective agreements in the Netherlands.

Rasizza was awarded the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic in 2008 and was nominated president of Assosomm, an association representing employment agencies in Italy, in 2013. He founded Globalservice in the early 1990s and in 1997, with the introduction of new legislation regulating temporary agencies in Italy, Rasizza opened the first temporary staffing agency in Varese.OpenjobMetis is the fifth largest staffing firm in Italy according to a Staffing Industry analysts largest staffing firm report in Italy.
