Zimdahl takes particular pride in Allegis Group EMEA’s Covid-19 response, successfully adapting and maintaining its high quality of service. In addition to navigating the pandemic’s impact, Zimdahl plans to continue building the organization’s culture with a focus on developing its people agenda.

Enrique Sanchez is The Adecco Group’s regional head of Iberia, Italy, Eastern Europe and Middle East and North Africa, to which he was appointed in 2019; he has been a member of Adecco’s executive committee since 2009. Sanchez joined The Adecco Group Spain in 1993 as a sales representative and expanded his responsibilities over the next few years. In 2001, he became president and general manager of Adecco Spain and Portugal. From 2003 to 2005, Sanchez was general manager for Spain and Portugal, and led the development of the company in Latin America and Eastern Europe. In 2005, he assumed responsibility for Adecco Group Iberia.

Thierry Geffroy is chairman and CEO of Francebased Samsic RH, which operates in more than 25 countries, serves 30,000-plus customers and has turnover of £2.5 billion. Geffroy joined the group in 1992 and in 2010 became the president of Samsic RH, the group’s human resources arm, before attaining his current role in 2019. Under Geffroy’s leadership, Samsic acquired a majority stake in recruitment services firm Sellick Partnership and made two acquisitions in Ireland and Morocco, its first expansion into the African continent. This year, Geffroy and his team are pursuing an international development strategy through the acquisition of Infor Group.

Also in 2019, Beesley and his team set up TimesTwo Investments in Bristol, an investment programme for recruitment entrepreneurs who have identified a market and are ready to strike out on their own. Beesley, who thrives on creating opportunities through people-oriented organisations that make a difference, is chair of The Prince’s Trust South West Leadership Group and the executive chairman of the Bristol Flyers basketball team.

Even Hagelien has been director, staffing industry, for the Norwegian Federation of Service Industries and Retail Trade, or NHO, since 2007. In that time, he has also represented Norway at the private employment industries, international bodies’ Ciett and later at the World Employment Confederation when it rebranded from Ciett. In 2011, Hagelien co-founded the Nordic Network, where Nordic staffing federations discuss common matters. In 2015, he became chair of the Eurociett Research Committee and later the WEC Economic Affairs Committee. In 2019, he was elected as a member of the global board of the World Employment Confederation.

Sebastian Lazay became president of the Federal Employers’ Association of Staffing Services (BAP) in 2017 after serving as vice resident since 2011. BAP represents the interests of the personnel services and temporary employment industry in Germany. Lazay is also managing director of Hamburg-based Extra-Personalservice GmbH, and has been closely involved with temporary work for more than 20 years. For many years, Lazay also participated in collective bargaining for temporary employment. Lazay is a member of the executive committee of the BGA, the Federal Association of Wholesale, Foreign Trade, Services, and since 2015, he has been vice president of large-scale services for the BGA.

This year, Hennige has been leading Robert Half safely through the crisis by communicating transparently with employees.

As COO of NES Global Talent since 2008, Simon Coton has been a key part of the executive team, delivering the sale to private equity funds advised by AEA Investors in 2012, securing a number of refinancing deals, and making seven strategic and value-adding acquisitions. During his tenure, NES expanded its operations to 66 physical locations around the globe, expanded its sector focus, and grew its turnover to more than $1.8 billion. Most recently, he helped facilitate the September 2020 merger with technical recruitment firm Fircroft to form NES Fircroft, of which he remains COO. He first joined NES in 1995 as a recruiter.
