Her career at Microsoft spanned 23 years; while there, she held various senior leadership roles across North America, Asia and Europe. Beaulieu has been VP of the French Foreign Trade Advisors since January 2015; she has also been a director and member of the Audit and Risk Committee of ISS A/S since 2020 and director and board member at Orange since 2022.

As deputy general manager and CFO, Yvon Drouet oversees finance and investment at global staffing firm Synergie and plays a key role in the group’s expansion efforts. Paris-based Synergie ranks as the sixth-largest staffing firm in France. It also ranks as the 18th-largest in the world, operating in 17 countries with 770 branches. In 2021, Synergie increased its stake in DCS Easyware, a digital services company based in Lyon, France, to 100% from 66%. DCS operates in France, Belgium and Spain.

Under Rasizza’s leadership, Openjobmetis in the first half of 2022 completed the integration and reorganisation process for the Quanta Group with the merger of Quanta S.p.A. into Openjobmetis and the merger of Quanta Risorse Umane S.p.A. into Openjob Consulting S.r.l. The company also improved its Sustainalytics ESG Risk Rating this year to 10.4 points from 12.5 points, placing it among the top HR firms ranked by the organisation. Rasizza looks forward to a year full of new challenges in 2023.

Cruañas has also been an executive committee member of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE) since 2013. Cruañas became a governing body member of the World Employment Confederation in June 2020.

A chartered accountant, Venables started his career at Deloitte & Touche, followed by a 13-year career at Exel plc, where he held several senior finance and operational roles, including deputy group finance director and executive board member. Venables retired from Hays in September and currently is a non-executive director and audit committee chair of Manchester Airports Group.

Coppens is also a nonexecutive board member at Colruyt Group, La Lorraine Bakery Group and Euronext in Belgium. She also oversees the House of HR foundation JobRoad, which helps match disadvantaged people with suitable employers.

Caprioglio’s career took off when, at the age of 23, she joined what was then known as the Industrial Association for the province of Venice, becoming the first woman to hold office within that organisation. Caprioglio is a member of the Confindustria General Council as well as four technical committees.

This accomplishment has allowed for more continuity, growth and job satisfaction for all parties involved. Going forward, Tiessen would like to continue to expand Nétive VMS internationally.
