In 2018, he was also appointed as managing director of Protiviti, a subsidiary of Robert Half. His background in finance has been instrumental in developing and executing strategy, helping the business successfully navigate the challenges of recent years.

Stephen Trigg serves as CEO of Hertfordshire, England-based staffing firm Quanta Consultancy Services. The company has won several awards including the Princess Royal Training Award in 2018. This year, Trigg is leading his team safely through the ongoing Covid-19 crisis and has created business opportunities internationally, including in the US. Trigg also supports five local charities through multiple fundraising events. His recruitment career began in 1974 when he founded several companies before founding Quantum Consultancy Services in 1992, followed by Quanta Consultancy Services in Switzerland in 1996.

In 1996 he founded Best International Group, based in London, which grew to £130 million in revenue in 18 months and was then sold to Spring Group in 2003. He now serves as non-executive director, strategic advisor and chairman for various recruitment firms. He specialises in achieving rapid and sustainable growth, both organic and by acquisition. In 2008, O’Sullivan bought the Elite Leaders Group, a peer-to-peer learning and personal development forum for the owners and directors of independent recruitment companies.

Neil Carberry in 2018 became CEO of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, the professional body representing the UK’s £39 billion recruitment industry. Carberry and his team have played a critical role in getting recruiters access to key government support in the ongoing Covid-19 crisis. Before moving to REC, Carberry was managing director for people and infrastructure at the CBI, where he led the work of the UK’s leading business organisation on employment law and relations, the labour market, education and skills, energy, climate and infrastructure. He is a council member of the conciliation service ACAS and was appointed to the Low Pay Commission in 2014.

James Reed is chairman of Reed Global, which has 3,000 employees working in 140 locations worldwide. Reed joined the company in 1992 after graduating from Harvard Business School. In 2009, Watson became regional managing director for Michael Page UK finance, marketing and sales, Middle East, Scotland and Ireland. He is now responsible for PageGroup’s operations in the UK, US, Canada, Middle East and South Africa.
