Petar Divjanovic joined personnel services firm Dekra Arbeit Group in 2013 as a business development intern in Croatia; in 2018, he took the lead of its portfolio line, Digital HR Solutions, at its headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany. Divjanovic now oversees innovation and digital transformation projects in 19 European countries, plus Morocco. His team designs new HR business ecosystems through digitalizing already existing portfolio offerings and developing new HR-based platforms. The division’s new web collaboration tool, D-Works, improves internal processes for international HR project management and provides individual dashboards for partners to collaborate with Dekra operations in multiple countries.
