As venture partner, Ilonka Jankovich manages the Randstad Innovation Fund, which has made 17 investments in HR technology since its inception in 2014. Jankovich began her career as an M&A lawyer and in 1996 founded Legal FlexForce, a permanent recruitment and contracting firm based in the Netherlands. Monster/TMP bought the company in 2001. Jankovich then launched professional recruitment firm ProfiPower in 2004, selling the business to Randstad in 2010, at which time she was appointed general manager of Randstad Hungary. She left Randstad in 2012, returning in 2013 to launch the Innovation Fund. Jankovich also is a supervisory board member for several HR tech firms.

Richard Jager is CEO of Randstad Group Germany. He began his career as a consultant with Randstad Netherlands in 1995 and held various leadership roles including CEO of Randstad company Talisman Software. In 2011, Jager was promoted to CEO of Randstad Switzerland and in 2015 became CEO of both Randstad Switzerland and Austria, a position he held until December 2015. Jager became CEO of Randstad Group Germany in September 2017. In addition to his roles in Randstad, Jager has served on the advisory boards for Randstad, Wittenborg University and Nyenrode Business University in Amsterdam.

Hans Leentjes joined ManpowerGroup’s executive management team as the executive VP, president of Northern Europe, in January 2011. Previous to this appointment he was the head of ManpowerGroup’s EMEA central region. Leentjes joined ManpowerGroup in 2005 as country manager of the Netherlands, leading the company through a successful new branding implementation, a more client-centric and solution-driven sales approach and the acquisition of Vitae, among other achievements. Leentjes was a board member of ABU, the Dutch association of temporary work agencies, for five years. In May 2014, Leentjes was elected as VP of CIETT, the International Confederation of Private Employment Services.

Annemarie Muntz is president of the World Employment Confederation, representing labour-market enablers in 50 countries and seven of the largest international workforce solutions companies. She also chairs its European counterpart, WEC-Europe. She is an influential lobbyist at the global level and at the European Union, representing the interests of the employment and recruitment industry at large. In addition to her roles at WEC, Muntz is managing director of group public affairs for Randstad Holding. She also sits on the board of CSR Europe, a European network for sustainable businesses.

A global staffing leader, Dinette Koolhaas is senior VP and president of Kelly International, a role she assumed in 2020. Formerly, she was VP and managing director, EMEA. Based in Switzerland, Koolhaas is focused on driving growth strategies across Kelly operations in Europe, Russia, Mexico and Brazil. Last year, under Koolhaas’ leadership, Kelly successfully executed Kelly Anywhere, a programme designed in 2019 to adopt remote working wholly. Koolhaas was recognized by SIA on its Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing 2020 list and serves on the board of the World Employment Confederation.

Through education and experience, Koolhaas consistently informs clients and talent about the importance of adapting to the way technology has revolutionised how exceptional talent is acquired, developed and retained. She is a member of the board of directors of PersolKelly APAC, a joint venture between Kelly Services and Persol Holdings Co. Ltd.

In addition to her role as Randstad’s managing director, global public affairs, Annemarie Muntz until September was president of the World Employment Confederation, the voice of the employment industry at the global level. She has dedicated her professional life to broadening the recognition of the positive economic and social role that the HR services industry plays. Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, Muntz is particularly proud of this year’s launch of the “Safely Back to Work” initiative, an alliance spearheaded by Randstad NV, The Adecco Group and ManpowerGroup to enable companies and workers to return to work safely.

As chief digital officer at Randstad nv and a member of the executive board, René Steenvoorden is responsible for Randstad’s digital strategy, including the launch of the Digital Factory, which underpins Randstad’s Tech & Touch strategy by developing digital tools at speed and scale. He is also responsible for IT, marketing and communications globally. Recently, Steenvoorden spearheaded the launch of Randstad Marketing Insights, creating a global data ocean of aggregated data to better support both clients and talent with early insights into labor trends and skill scarcity. Prior to joining Randstad, he served as CIO at Rabobank.

Frits Goldschmeding is the founder of Randstad and the former president and CEO of Randstad Holding nv. Under his leadership, Randstad grew into one of the world’s largest temporary employment organisations. In 1999, he became a member of the supervisory board of the Randstad Group. In March 2011 he stepped down, but as the major shareholder,he still keeps an eye on his company.
