François Béharel joined Vedior in 1999 as a regional manager. Following various promotions, he became CEO of Vedior France in May 2007. Following the acquisition by Randstad, he was appointed president and CEO of the new combined Randstad Groupe France in 2008 and played a key role in the integration of its businesses. Béharel was appointed to Randstad’s executive board in 2013. He is now responsible for France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium & Luxembourg, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Chile and Uruguay.

With over 25 years of experience in the field of employment, HR management and vocational training, Isabelle Eynaud-Chevalier is general manager of Prism’emploi, the French association of employment agencies. She began her career with the Ministry of Labour and Employment in 1991 and attained her current role in 2018. Under her leadership, Prism’emploi prioritised health security during the Covid-19 crisis by distributing recommendations to support companies using temporary workers and the temporary workers themselves. Eynaud-Chevalier also serves on the board of the World Employment Confederation.

Christophe Catoir is the regional head of France. He joined Groupe Adecco France in 1995, after his studies at the IESEG School of Management. Over the past 20 years, Catoir’s career has progressed through various positions of responsibility in finance, permanent recruitment and the general staffing operations. Before taking up his new role, Catoir led Adecco’s Professional Staffing businesses in France with a network of 3,200 employees and has been a member of the Groupe Adecco France management team since 2007.

Jean-Philippe Papin is general director of France-based Actual Leader Group, established in 2018 after the merger of temporary employment firms Groupe Actual and Leader Intérim. He had been the CEO of Leader Intérim, the French staffing firm he founded in 1992; that firm had ranked 10th on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest staffing firms in France with €426 million in 2017 revenue. Pursuing international development and moving toward its objective of 20% turnover abroad while strengthening its positioning on the European continent, Actual Leader Group in July 2019 acquired a majority stake of Dutch HR services firm Flexfactory.

Samuel Tual is president of Groupe Actual, a privately held staffing firm in the French market. In 2016, he won the Ernst & Young Strategic Vision Award for the West Region in France. In the same year, Actual successfully integrated a number of recent acquisitions and grew its revenue by 50%. Actual was co-founded in 2001 by Tual and his father from the merger of their respective staffing firms. In 2014, Samuel Tual was able to secure investments from private equity partners CM-CIC Capital Finance and Ouest Croissance in order to pursue the group’s growth strategy in its home market.

Roger oversees P&L at Beeline Europe and defines its strategy, investments, team structure, value proposition and more. He helped create and launch the Beeline Direct Sourcing offering in Europe — changing the way its customers source and manage contingent workforces and transforming VMS from vendor management to contingent talent management. More recently, Beeline Europe has invested significantly in customer service and developed key strategic relationships with its ecosystem partners.

Étienne Colella is CEO of Pixid Group, a European SaaS platform dedicated to helping recruiting and staffing agencies around Europe digitalise their relationships with their customers to create loyalty and efficiency. Founded by Adecco, Randstad and ManpowerGroup in 2004 with Collela as founding director, Pixid offers both a vendor management system and an applicant tracking system, primarily used to source candidates. Colella led a management buyout of Pixid in 2015. In 2020, Pixid launched Pixid VMS, the first VMS platform dedicated to master vendor programmes for small and midsize businesses, guaranteeing a simple and effective rollout.

After spending four years helping to grow the company’s French operations into the market leader, he served as managing director of Michael Page Spain, Portugal and South America, and then as regional managing director of Central and Northern Europe.
