Isabelle Eynaud-Chevalier was appointed general manager of Prism’emploi, the French association of employment agencies, in May 2018. Prior to Prism’emploi, she was deputy director general strategy and social innovation for Lee Hecht Harrison-Altedia. Eynaud- Chevalier began her career with the Ministry of Labour and Employment in 1991. She then joined the HR department of the Ministry of Culture and Communication; in 2003 she joined the Regional Directorate of Work, Employment and Vocational Training of Ile-de- France as deputy director responsible for the labour market. Throughout her more than 20 years’ work within the French government, she held various positions in the fields of employment, vocational training and HR management.

Jerome Caille

Jerome Caille is CEO at Accent Jobs and its parent company, the House of HR. Accent Jobs was founded in 1995 and provides temp-to-perm services with one of the largest specialized branch networks in Belgium. The House of HR operates six specialized HR companies: Accent Jobs (temp-to-perm), Just Work (payrolling), Home Maid, Logi-Technic (outsourcing), Bekaert Technics (secondment) and Peak6 (HR consultancy). Under Caille’s leadership, the company gained market share in Belgium and the Netherlands. Prior to joining the House of HR in 2013, Caille was a founder of Doctor Clic and a board member and investor in a number of other businesses. He also served as Global CEO of Adecco from 2002 to 2006.

Yvon Drouet is the deputy general manager of Synergie, the sixth-largest staffing firm in France and one of the largest staffing firms in Europe. Publicly listed on NYSE Euronext Paris, the company is expanding rapidly outside its home market. Drouet oversees group finance and investments, and plays a key role in Synergie’s international expansion. Spain, Italy and Belgium have become key markets for the group, accounting collectively for more than 30% of revenue in 2016. The Acorn subsidiary is at the core of the group’s expansion strategy in the UK and Australia. In the first quarter of 2017, international operations represented 50% of Synergie’s revenue.

Nathalie Jaoui became deputy CEO and head of temporary employment and recruitment at GroupeCrit in 2002. Jaoui oversees the ongoing series of acquisitions that is driving GroupeCrit’s growthin the U.S. market. She joined in 1989, served as a director of the company since 1992 and later served as the CFO. Jaoui has also been a director of the French staffing association Prism’emploi since 2003.

President and CEO Philippe Gobinet has led Partnaire Group, France’s oldest temporary employment firm, since 1987. With revenue of over €472 million, Partnaire Group has 630 employees placing 62,000 temporary workers through 180 branches throughout France. Gobinet’s leadership has enabled Partnaire Group to succeed as well as acquire Inter Conseil in 2018. Gobinet has also been awarded the Chevalier Ordre National du Mérite (National Order of Merit). Partnaire Group was founded in 1952.

Managing director of the World Employment Confederation since 2005, Denis Pennel promotes the interests of the staffing industry at the global level. The WEC comprises 49 national federations and six global workforce solutions companies. Under his leadership, the WEC announced in June it would lead the “Safely Back to Work” alliance launched by Randstad, The Adecco Group and ManpowerGroup. A work futurist, he is a keynote speaker and has written many opinion pieces and several books, including The Ego Revolution at Work (2015) and Travail, la soif de liberte, which translates to Work, the thirst for freedom (2017). Prior to the WEC, he was corporate communications director for Manpower France from 1998 to 2005.

Étienne Colella is chairman of PIXID Group, a VMS provider headquartered in France. The firm, which he founded in 2004, offers an SaaS application compliant with the European regulation for providing and using temporary staff. In 2015, private equity fund Keensight Capital took a majority stake in the company to help it become a leading player in the European market. PIXID bought The Internet Corp. (UK) in 2017 and Carerix (Netherlands) in 2018 to strengthen its value proposition by adding a sourcing component and expanding its operations in Europe. Previously, Colella spent 14 years in the IT industry in various senior positions. Colella graduated from ESSEC Business School in Paris.

Roland Gomez heads Proman, the French staffing group founded by his parents. Gomez joined the family business in 1990 and was appointed group general director in 2003. He manages the staffing business jointly with his father, Roland. In 2015, Proman expanded its international presence with the acquisition of Heads Recruitment (UK) and A à Z Emplois (Switzerland). The company’s turnover reached €1.2 billion in 2015, a 25% increase from 2014.

In 2010, he became president with the strong ambition to design a global service offering in the management and development of human resources. Under Geffroy’s leadership, Samsic acquired a majority stake in recruitment services firm Sellick Partnership and made two acquisitions in Ireland and Morocco, its first expansion into the African continent. Today, Samsic RH is one of the major players in the employment sector in France and operates all across Europe.
