Alain Roumilhac is regional president, ManpowerGroup France, which represents the company’s largest single geography in terms of revenue. Roumilhac took on the role in 2012 and oversees all business lines in the country, including Manpower, Experis, FuturSkill, Right Management and ManpowerGroup Solutions. Passionate about skills development, labour market policy and developing future talent, Roumilhac often serves as a spokesperson in the media and at events such as the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting Viva Tech, a large technology conference. He is also engaged with Tech for Good, an initiative to build a diverse pipeline of tech talent in France.

Jean-Philippe Papin is founder and CEO of the French staffing firm Leader Intérim. Founded in 1992, the company boasts an average annual growth of 35% since its inception. Leader Intérim is among the top 15 staffing firms in France and provides temporary workers, permanent recruitment services and training. The company entered the Swiss market in 2014 with the acquisition of Max StuderIntérim.

Thibault Lefebvre is CEO of Grafton Recruitment Group, managing operations performance and organisation of the Grafton Recruitment staffing and SpenglerFox executive brands. He is a senior executive with many years’ experience in the general management of midsize to large organisations, in finance and in business operations. Lefebvre has a strong commitment to entrepreneurship and maximising profit growth, along with expertise in private equity and executive and non-executive board functions. Prior to Grafton Recruitment Group, Lefebvre served for nine years as managing director at Page Group for Russia, Switzerland and Central & Eastern Europe. He previously held key financial roles at Richmond, Gucci, Parisot Group and Valeo.

Samuel Tual in January 2019 became president of France-based temporary employment firm Actual Leader Group, which was established in 2018 after the merger of two temporary employment firms: Groupe Actual and Leader Intérim. Tual had been president of Groupe Actual, a privately held staffing firm in the French market that he co-founded with his father in 2001 when they merged their respective staffing firms. Actual Leader Group in July 2019 acquired a majority stake of Dutch HR services firm Flexfactory (later rebranded Flexfamily). In October 2019, Tual was elected president of MEDEF Pays de la Loire; he was formerly president of MEDEF Mayenne.

François Béharel is president and CEO of Randstad France. Béharel joined VediorBis in 1999 as a regional director in the North of France. He was appointed CEO of Vedior group in France in 2007, becoming president and CEO of Randstad Group France in 2009 after it acquired Vedior. In 2012, the supervisory board of Randstad appointed him to the executive board for an initial four-year term. Béharel has responsibility for France, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, and Uruguay. In 2014 he also assumed responsibility for Belgium and Luxembourg.

Yvon Drouet is the deputy general manager of Synergie, the sixth-largest staffing firm in France and one of the largest staffing firms in Europe. Publicly listed on NYSE Euronext Paris, the company is expanding rapidly outside its home market. Drouet oversees group finance and investments, and plays a key role in Synergie’s international expansion. Spain, Italy and Belgium have become key markets for the group, accounting collectively for more than 30% of revenue in 2016. The Acorn subsidiary is at the core of the group’s expansion strategy in the UK and Australia. In the first quarter of 2017, international operations represented 50% of Synergie’s revenue.

Stephane Kasriel was promoted to CEO of Upwork in April 2015. In this role Kasriel has rebranded the business to Upwork (from Elance-oDesk), to become the third-largest company by human cloud spend. Kasriel first joined the company in 2012 and rose to SVP of product engineering before becoming CEO. As SVP, he was responsible for the company’s platform and technical team.

Daniel Augereau is chairman and CEO of Synergie, the sixth-largest staffing firm in France. He trained as a technical blue-collar worker in the aeronautic industry and soon founded his first staffing firm, Europe Technique Assistance, in 1969. Ten years later, the company merged with another staffing firm, Synergie, resulting in the launch of the Synergie brand. In 2015 the group further developed the international business resulting in double-digit revenue growth rates in Belgium, Italy and Spain.

With turnover of €2.9 billion in 2021, Proman Group CEO Roland Gomez led the group to 20% year-over-year growth. He oversaw the acquisitions of the top three family-owned businesses in the Netherlands, strengthening Proman’s position in Northern Europe; the organisation now represents more than 800 branches and 100,000 people on assignment every day in 16 countries. Expansion is still one of Gomez’s top priorities, as he aims to reach €6 billion in 2025. He joined the family group in 1993 and held several positions before becoming CEO in 2003.

Christian Roulleau is the founder and CEO of the French facility management group Samsic, which provides staffing services with the SamsicEmploi brand. SamsicEmploi features among the top 10 largest staffing firms in France, and is one of the largest privately owned firms in the market. Roulleau previously held a wide range of positions within the GSF group operating in the cleaning services industry, and founded Samsic in 1986.
