In this role, he represents the interests of the staffing industry, lobbying government and negotiating with social partners and French institutions. In 2013, Roux led the talks with trade unions that resulted in the creation of a form of indefinite duration contract for temporary agency workers.

Yvon Drouet is the deputy general manager of Synergie, the sixth-largest staffing firm in France and one of the largest staffing firms in Europe. Publicly listed on NYSE Euronext Paris, the company is expanding rapidly outside its home market. Drouet oversees group finance and investments, and plays a key role in Synergie’s international expansion. Spain, Italy and Belgium have become key markets for the group, accounting collectively for more than 30% of revenue in 2016. The Acorn subsidiary is at the core of the group’s expansion strategy in the UK and Australia. In the first quarter of 2017, international operations represented 50% of Synergie’s revenue.

Founded by Adecco, Randstad and ManpowerGroup in 2004 with Collela as founding director, Pixid offers both a vendor management system and an applicant tracking system, primarily used to source candidates. Colella led a management buyout of Pixid in 2015. In 2020, Pixid launched Pixid VMS, the first VMS platform dedicated to master vendor programmes for small and midsize businesses, guaranteeing a simple and effective rollout.

Roland Gomez heads Proman, the French staffing group founded by his parents. Gomez joined the family business in 1990 and was appointed group general director in 2003. He manages the staffing business jointly with his father, Roland. In 2015, Proman expanded its international presence with the acquisition of Heads Recruitment (UK) and A à Z Emplois (Switzerland). The company’s turnover reached €1.2 billion in 2015, a 25% increase from 2014.

Daniel Augereau is chairman and CEO of Synergie, the sixth-largest staffing firm in France. In 2018, the group reported revenue of €2.5 billion with international operations representing more than 50% of Synergie’s revenue during the year. Augereau trained as a technical blue-collar worker in the aeronautic industry and soon after founded his first staffing firm, Europe Technique Assistance, in 1969. After merging with another staffing firm 10 years later, the company rebranded as Synergie. It has continued to expand throughout Europe and operates in Canada and Australia. The firm’s future growth plans include possible acquisitions in the Nordic countries and Eastern Europe.

Her career at Microsoft spanned 23 years; while there, she held various senior leadership roles across North America, Asia and Europe. Beaulieu has been VP of the French Foreign Trade Advisors since January 2015; she has also been a director and member of the Audit and Risk Committee of ISS A/S since 2020 and director and board member at Orange since 2022.

He founded the company in 1962 when it was known as Industrial and Technical Research Centre, an office of studies and calculations serving the mechanical, electrical and computer industries. With 2019 revenue of €2.49 billion, Groupe Crit is the 19th-largest staffing firm in the world, according to SIA. It now has nearly 600 offices operating under different brands serving 30,000 corporate customers in 13 countries.
