Jan Bengtsson is president and CEO of Swedish staffing firm Pion Group (formerly known as Poolia). He was appointed to his current role following the 2018 merger of Poolia with Uniflex, which he led as CEO. Recently, the group acquired SaaS recruitment platform Workspace Recruit, which Pion offers to its clients so they have a GDPR-compliant system when they recruit without external help. Pion also recently launched a tech consultancy firm, Qrios. Bengtsson plans to grow the company as well as all the people involved including clients, contingent talent and internal employees. Bengtsson is also a board member of the Swedish staffing employer organisation Kompetensföretagen.

Mikael Lindmark is senior VP, EMEA, at SAP Fieldglass, responsible for overall operations across Europe. Lindmark, who joined SAP Fieldglass more than a decade ago, has more than 20 years of experience in sales, business development and account management in human capital development and management. He regularly speaks at industry events on how businesses can use cloud technology to gain agility and visibility to maximise the results they realise from their external workforce, including non-payroll workers and service providers. He holds a law degree from Uppsala University in Sweden.

Mikael Lindmark is SVP, EMEA region, at Fieldglass and is responsible for overall operations across Europe. Lindmark played a prominent role in making Fieldglass a major VMS provider in the region. Prior to joining Fieldglass, Mikael served as VP of EMEA sales at Saba Software. During his tenure at Saba, the company became a leading provider of human capital development and management solutions to the European financial services industry. Prior to Saba, Lindmark held sales and business development positions at Infinity Learning Systems as well as OpenText and its affiliates.

Jonas Prising joined ManpowerGroup in 1999 and was named chairman and CEO in December 2015. He speaks regularly at conferences and summits around the world on labour market and work trends. Prising regularly participates at World Economic Forum summits worldwide, is a Gender Parity Global Challenge trustee and sat on numerous panels at Davos 2016, speaking on gender and labour market issues. Prising has been recognised for his contributions to the labour market, especially around youth initiatives, and received the Albert E. Suter Award for Exceptional Leadership by Junior Achievement USA and the Mentor Award from the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce.
