Claude Guedj, chairman and CEO of French staffing firm Groupe Crit, is a pioneer and innovator in the French staffing industry. He founded the company in 1962 when it was known as Industrial and Technical Research Centre, an office of studies and calculations serving the mechanical, electrical and computer industries. With 2018 revenue of €2.50 billion, Groupe Crit now has a presence in 13 countries, 8,700 permanent employees and 30,000 corporate customers. The group this year will focus on growth opportunities to strengthen its operations and to establish itself in new countries, particularly in Europe.
