Sebastian Lazay has been president of the Federal Employers’ Association of Staffing Services (BAP) since 2017 after serving as vice president since 2011. Lazay is also managing director of Hamburg-based Extra- Personalservice GmbH, and has been closely involved with temporary work for more than 20 years. For many years, he also participated in collective bargaining for temporary employment. Lazay is a member of the executive committee of the BGA, the Federal Association of Wholesale, Foreign Trade, Services, and since 2015, he has been vice president of large-scale services for the BGA.
