Under the guidance of its CEO Sergey Salikov, Ancor Holding completed a rebranding last year that underscores its new focus on digital and HR advanced technologies. Ancor counts five strategic business units across five countries and serves 1,600 clients. Consolidated revenue for 2018 exceeded US$230 million. Salikov joined Ancor Holding in 1994. He became CEO in 2008 after developing the firm into one of the largest recruitment and staffing services companies in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States countries. Salikov for six years has ranked among the Top 1,000 Russian Managers by the Association of Managers and Kommersant Publishing House; he was featured in the top 250 senior managers in the Professional Services segment.
