Mike Barnard was appointed CEO of ICS Group in September 2019. ICS plays a vital role in enabling health, social care and life sciences organisations to overcome workforce shortages, ensuring patients are treated effectively and safely. Europe’s largest healthcare staffing provider with 10% market share, ICS provides workforce management and health and social services across four continents with 1,850 employees serving over 2,000 clients. Since 2012, Barnard has held executive positions at Capita Plc, most recently as executive officer for the Customer Management & International division, with previous roles at Cable & Wireless Worldwide PLC, Energis, The Boston Consulting Group and British Airways.
