Ineke Kooistra, CEO of YoungCapital since 2013, in January 2021 also became CEO of The Works, the holding company behind YoungCapital as well as YoungCapital NEXT, Jobbird.com and StudentJob — with more brands to come. Kooistra aims for the organization to be among the top five in Europe by 2025. The Works is currently active in Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Austria, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden and Switzerland. A self-described servant leader, Kooistra likes to be a facilitator to her employees and considers it her role to get people moving in the right direction and to motivate and coach them.
