In 2021, Ancor was listed among the 30 largest direct hire staffing firms globally by SIA. As its CEO since 2008, Sergey Salikov was responsible for the company becoming an international staffing group represented in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania, Thailand and Estonia. Despite the Covid-19 crisis, Ancor experienced 17% year-over-year organic growth in national currency in 2020, retaining the top position in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States. Salikov’s plans include continued digital transformation, exploring new product niches and developing new territories. He joined the recruitment company as a professional consultant in 1994.
