With almost 30 years’ experience in professional recruitment companies, Albert Ellis is now in his second year as CEO of Staffline Group plc, having previously spent 15 years as CEO of the Harvey Nash Group. Ellis and the leadership team are fronting the transformation of the group, raising £50 million of new capital in 2021 and completing a £90 million refinancing of the working capital facilities. The group turned a material loss in 2020 into a profit in 2021 and is now focused on setting out its medium-term growth strategy of organic growth from its position as market leader in the UK and Ireland.
