As Airswift’s chief operations director and senior VP of EMEA and CIS, James Allen oversees the development and management of global operations, business process improvement, quality assurance, safety, HR and the project management office.
In 2021, Allen led the merger and integration programme between Airswift and Competentia, which concluded six months ahead of schedule and delivered 10% more on synergies than the initial forecast. Under his leadership, the company’s EMEA and CIS region grew by 42% in the rst quarter. After more than two decades with the company, Allen continues to thrive on the opportunities and challenges Airswift brings each day.
