With turnover of €2.9 billion in 2021, Proman Group CEO Roland Gomez led the group to 20% year-over-year growth. He oversaw the acquisitions of the top three family-owned businesses in the Netherlands, strengthening Proman’s position in Northern Europe; the organisation now represents more than 800 branches and 100,000 people on assignment every day in 16 countries. Expansion is still one of Gomez’s top priorities, as he aims to reach €6 billion in 2025. He joined the family group in 1993 and held several positions before becoming CEO in 2003.
